Archival Policy

As per policy, Final Application Forms, Acknowledgements, Certificates are kept live. Annexures and Notesheets older than 3+ years are archived. Archived Records are stored in cold storage. If any documents older than 3 years are require, the records will be restored and provided in 7 working days after approval of ED SAPS.
